1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to cm8ply, an online gaming platform operated and managed to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment experience for players in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and cm8ply ("Platform", "We", "cm8ply").

3Player Account Management

Once your account has been successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that account. The following account management guidelines must be observed:

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. cm8ply will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from password sharing.
• You must notify cm8ply immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account through our customer support channels.

• Any winnings resulting from software errors, display glitches, or system malfunctions are void and will not be paid out.
